Auntie Time!
I spent some time in Knoxville this past week helping care for my sister and her kiddos while her hubby was in Haiti on a medical missions trip. I was also there about 6 weeks ago when Amelia Faith Hovis was born. We were very busy caring for kiddos but we were able to get in some fun girl time (PF Changs and pedicures) and went to the zoo. Here are some pics from our time there...

Looks like a great time!!
So, when you go out to eat at a restaurant, what do you order? This is one of the biggest things keeping me from starting your food plan... not sure how easy it is when eating out or at someone elses home?
I went to Earth Fare my first day there and bought the groceries. I made every meal.
When we went to PF Chang's I ate off of the gluten free menu. It wasnt organic and that does bother me, but it was also fun to go. I love Chipolte b/c their meat is organic, free range, grass fed...we eat there ALOT...as in if we go out. We honestly dont really go out. I am a snob now. I think my food tastes WAY better than out to eat.
As soon as I get through Easter, I will start posting pics of food and menu's again
