191 pounds at Chase's birth.
175 pounds at his first birthday

So, there it is...33 pounds and still going. I went from a 40" waist to a 33" waist and a 34x30 pants size to 30x30 pants size. I've just been watching my calories and using the old weigh down philosophy of if I'm not hungry then I don't eat. Obviously the biggest progression has been since summer and specifically the past two months. My goal was 155 before the holidays that way if I put on 5 or 6 pounds then I'm still close to 160. Now, I need to get toned and it will all be good. It's hard keeping up with Karin!
