This is me enjoying my yummy banana, blueberry, strawberry, spinach, hemp seed and chia seed smoothie before my run
So tonight I am playing catch up! I was out of town last week and only got two runs in. Tonight, I did 5.3 with my great friend, Hannah! I so wouldnt have gone without her. It was brutal and I still feel shaky. It may be bc I was sick last week, traveling, etc. Or it could be bc I am eating only raw and perhaps less calories? Or maybe I didnt drink enough water the last two days (I KNOW I didnt) Or maybe its bc I dont usually run five miles alot. Or maybe its bc I only ran twice last week?
Okay, enough whys....you get the point! I fell off the wagon...but it was all for a good cause. I had a great time with my sister and her family and was able to be a blessing to them..it was awesome! So, it looks like I have about 15 more miles to get in by Friday. I will keep you updated!
