Most filling lunch ever: Gluten free brown rice tortilla filled with organic roast beef, spinach leaves and hummus. Dehydrated veggies: sweet potatoes, green beans, carrots, taro and squash with sea salt.
Smoothie with strawberries, banana, kiwi, blueberries, Kefir and Chia seeds

Chi Chi Chia seeds...they are so good for you and nicknamed the Runner's seed so I had to get some! You should look them up and read about their advantages. I will post more about them later
What's on your menu? Later today I am making my almond butter banana nut muffins with cacao nibs for small group. I am going to put chia seeds in them as well for an extra boost.
